Membership Criteria

Effective 1 July 2026 (FY2026-2027)

Qualifying title

  • President.
  • Chairman of the Management Board.
  • CEO.
  • Chairman of the Board of Directors.
  • Executive Director.
  • Managing Director.
  • Managing Partner.
  • Or an equivalent position.

Age criterion

Under 45 years old at the moment of joining (under 55 for women).

Category “A”

Requirement 1

At least 50 subordinates.

Requirement 2

Total compensation of all employees above USD 2,500,000; at least 15 employees.

Category “B”

Requirement 1

Gross annual turnover of the company: at least USD 16,000,000 for sales/services/manufacturing; average annual asset balance of at least USD 330,000,000 for financial institutions; fees and commissions of at least USD 13,000,000 for agency-type firms.

Requirement 2

Enterprise value above USD 27,000,000, determined by one of the following methods: net asset value before depreciation above USD 27,000,000; independent valuation of the company above USD 27,000,000; or market value of the company’s public shares above USD 27,000,000.

A candidate must qualify under Category “A” or “B”: the candidate’s company must meet at least one criterion from each category. The Membership Committee reviews the membership criteria against the Consumer Price Index (CPI) every 3 years.
