The “Ticket to Life” (Omirge Zholdama) program, launched in 2014 at Eldar Sarsenov’s initiative, gives graduates of orphanages and shelters the opportunity to receive higher education at Caspian University. Nurbank fully covers tuition, accommodation, meals, transport and personal needs. Special attention goes to mentoring and employment: graduates are guaranteed jobs at Nurbank and its affiliated companies.

Since 2022 Yerkin Dlimbetov has been a trustee of the IQanat Educational Fund, annually financing its educational program for rural school students in the Kyzylorda region: KZT 29,000,000 in 2022–2023, KZT 23,944,000 in 2023–2024 and KZT 24,979,680 in 2024–2025. In January 2025 he also sponsored the publication of Aleksey Maksheyev’s book “A Journey through the Kyrgyz Steppes and Turkestan” (KZT 3,700,000).

Supernovas establishes free kids’ football schools globally; the Alternativa Film Awards support emerging filmmakers from the Global South; Beginit empowers youth in remote communities with social leadership skills; the Aurora Tech Award fosters gender equality in tech; and inVision U is a university offering free higher education to talented students. In 2024, Arsen co-founded the Almaty Air Initiative to combat air pollution in Almaty.

IQanat Foundation

A project of Kazakhstani entrepreneurs: social and educational programs for rural school students across all regions of Kazakhstan. Over 200 entrepreneurs actively participate, contributing resources and expertise. The foundation is supported by leading universities, international organizations and private companies.

Mother’s House

Mother’s House

A project reducing the number of children placed in institutional care by helping mothers in difficult situations with newborns. Today 21 Mother’s Houses operate in 18 cities of Kazakhstan. Over 12+ years, 7,464 women have received timely targeted help and 925 children have been returned to their birth families. Mother’s House prevents 69% of potential newborn abandonments in the country.
